In India we are focusing on a tiered approach of providing customer experience at every touch point, whether it’s through services, sales or loyalty programs. We provide Classic Customer Communication as well as Digital Solutions such as Social Media and Online Communications, Automated Interaction and AI, Analytics, Self-Service, and other Customer Lifecycle and Marketing Solutions.
 
Majorel India’s Marketing Solutions include End-To-End Delivery of Lead Generation Programs (through our platform DinoData), Inside Sales, B2B Digital Marketing (through our platform The Digital Owl), Social Listening & Response (through our platform Spotlight), Experiential Marketing Campaigns, Virtual Events (through our platform CentreStage), Creative Brand Marketing and Loyalty Programs.
